UYTT Integrated Vinyasa Teacher Training- Deep Studies

Uptown Yoga Integrated Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training was designed by Jennifer Chitwood (500 E-RYT) to initiate your journey into sharing the gift of yoga, whether its with friends and family, in front of a classroom or more deeply with yourself. UYTT emphasizes a strong physical practice as a gateway to self reflection and growth. Many trainees experience life changing lessons that allow them to show up more fully as a student of life and a teacher of yoga. Through our training you will learn to teach authentically and from your truth. There are no scripts or ideals to fit into. We help you be you.
